I’m a web developer and customer success specialist living in Croatia. I spend my days with my hands in many different areas of web development from back end programming (PHP) to front end engineering (HTML, CSS, and jQuery/Javascript). I’m extremely passionate about web development and design in all it’s forms. Very friendly and communicative person with lot's of patience.

Also giving back is a big part of my personal philosophy and I was excited to see that there was a company that felt the same way. You can imagine how excited I was when I found out there was a job opening in my skill set here. I would really hope to be able to come to work every day to a place where I knew not only are my technical skills valuable, but my personal philosophies are as well.

Answer:

I really believe in the value of teamwork and so when I saw a position with your company to join your customer success department I had to make sure my application was put in. I believe strongly in working with other people towards a common goal and I know the skills I bring not only as an developer, but as a team member will not only bring me work satisfaction, but will make me a valuable teammate as well.

Answer:

Artbees. Good customer service means having a thorough knowledge of your inventory, experience with your products, and being able to help customers make the best choices for them. When I worked at Artbees, I used to spend a few minutes each day looking at the newest products and features, to make sure I was fully aware of their performance and could make knowledgeable recommendations to customers. At Artbees, customer service means helping customers efficiently, in a friendly manner. It’s essential to be able to handle issues for customers and do your best to ensure they are satisfied. Providing good service is one of the most important things that can set your business apart from the others of its kind. Making life-long trusting customers is a best thing that can happen to a company, in my opinion.
